High beam is integrated, a solenoid inside drops down and you get full spread on the road. Then it comes back up and gives you that nice sharp focused beam for low :)

I got told to take my led bulbs out by police.. Now back to candles, how much is it for the diy kit roughly?

He thought they were hid bulbs because they have a ballast. Which regulates the voltage for them in LED and increases voltage for hid. They were aimed down and no one ever said anything in the year i had them but oh well.. They aren't "adr approved".

Most police don't even know what ADR is so you're pretty safe. Just use common sense. If you're blinding every poor oncoming person you're bound to get pulled up. With the kits the I use, they're about as close to adr compliant as you'll get short of the cert.
As for the diy kits, you can either go 2.5", 35w or 3", 35 or 50w hid. For reference mine is the 3" and I'll put up output shots of the 50w and 35.
2.5" kit is 350 and 3" is 400. Fairly straight forward to put in

That sounds pretty good, is that including a hid kit or just the projector lense kit etc? And can you use a led kit in them instead of hid? Not a fan of hid "warm up". Thanks mate.

Well very proud of my truck after last weekend, spent 2 days in the vic high country, went in along the dargo high plains track to dargo, went up and down billy goats bluff without breaking anything! , did the crooked river track and didn't get wet feet thanks to my stubbie holder! Woke up to a new creek running through camp Sunday morning, rained all bloody day! Great trip though, definitely goin back!ImageImageImage

When you open your door do all the door lights come on or just that particular door. was thinking about doing this but I wasn't sure on how to get just one particular door to light up and not all four of them

Nah they all come on regardless of which door ya open, considered trying to work out how to do it but ya can't really notice that others r on anyway.

It's just such a shame how much it has been trashed up there though. Most established camp sites look like dumps. Very beautiful part of the world up there.
