Bugger! People have had problems getting the alignment of the spacer that mates the seal right. Hope it's something simple like that.
I might be wrong.

Dunno. I measured it all b4 I pressed it off so it would all go back together the same. Hopefully just a dodgy seal.

Well lads it's been a bit since I updated. Officially single now and getting back on my feet slowly. New project coming soon, can't decide weather to start a whole new tray and sell the old one or chop and change the old one???? Gunna build a canopy style thing now, more useful for my upcoming needs!Image

Good to hear you are finding your feet again mate. Can be a tough track that one.

Would it be easy enough to build your canopy on top of your existing tray after cutting off the bar work? You have a good base, rear and sides...

Hey Toyzx,

Good to hear you getting back on your feet, Why not do a custom canopy on that tray?

Keep the double rails up the front (Great place for a water tank!!)
And make the canopy 150 mm short of rear of tray to sit spares on :)

Haha,

Definitely leave room at the back for the spares though, its the only thing I regret about my canopy build.

Yeah I have a good mate who owns a fabrication shop and he suggested the same thing rather than having it just hang off the back!

Still in the planning and saving stage mate unfortunately. Have prices for most the stuff I can't or don't want to make myself so once the coin is ready I'll hook in.

They had done 80k. Greased on occasion, ome have greasable fornt pins available now so they'll probably last better now.[emoji1696]

How did the pins fair? Back in my old Holden days, urethane bushes would last forever, but the pins would wear out.

Pins were worn but I think I got to it just before it was metal on metal. All got replaced anyway with the greasable ones.
