Cheers, I've put nut serts in the beams in the roof. Most the ones on the market just use self tappers into the beams but I didn't like that idea. My 3 year old can do chin ups on it, pretty solid!

Well still no progress on the tray cos still getting over my op but started knocking up a sub tank to go under the tray, is 45 liters.ImageImageImageImage

Thanks a lot mate! I'm a big believer in having a go myself and maybe stuffing it up b4 I pay someone to build something and them stuffing it up anyway and costing me more money. I'd much rather have to buy a new tool and have a crack! None of this shit is hard, all ya need is a vision, a little patience and some common sense.

Yeah you are right. I am looking forward to having a crack at some sliders sometimes soon with help from a good mate.

I love this build so much, nothing better than seeing someone doing all of the work themselves, makes you appreciate your truck more than if you paid someone to do it! This is coming from someone who has no idea what I'm doing on the tools lol
