In summary:
I've got an 09' SR5 hilux in Grey. Still fairly stock. Purchased back in May this 2013.
Gave it it's first run off-road at Newvember, and it was still capable of going where most the big boys went. (just.. with a few new custom banana side-steps and bash plate  )

The rear tailgate has one of the O letters missing a layer off the sticker.. and not sure how to get it fixed yet. Going to see a sign writer to see if they can match it up.

Current mods:
Back seat mod with netting
Axis Bar
GME TX3100 UHF
HKS F-Con iD, peaks at 25psi boost
Digital EGT gauge and Boost gauge
4Terrain heavy duty clutch
Custom Tonneau
Plasti-dipped sports bars and rear bar
8" Fusion active sub
2" Ultimate Suspension lift
32" Mickey Thompson P3's on 15x8 sunraysias.
Denso Snorkel
AoB Diff breathers
MR Bashplate
Dominator 4x4 rock sliders
All terrain 4x4 recovery points

Future Mods:
Led light bar for the sports bar
Tray lights
Winch
Under door lights
Dual Battery setup
Break boosters
3" Exhaust
Pioneer double din head-unit
Fit my diff breather kit
VisionX Spotties
Roof rack with awning

The list may grow... but will take a longggg time to tick off.

Will get more images later, all I had on me at the moment.
Learned so much from this forum so far.. which has also started burning a deep hole in my pocket.. but will be quite a slow build

Thanks mate, Newvember didn't help either... when you see everything in person, all you see is dollar signs

Thanks mate.

Fuel is pretty good, it was averaging about 750k's per tank before the computer, and I'm now achieving up to 800-850k's a tank give or take when I don't drive too much like a hoon.
I do a fair bit of driving on freeways to work, and boost is normally only sitting on about 4-6 psi at 100kph.

As you would know Jay once you do some mods watch the fuel economy disappear . For a stockie there was nothing you couldn't do . Suspension steps and tyres and you'll be fine .

Too right, learned so much over the weekend from everyone. As much as I want to go all out on everything and get a 3" full Rekon kit, i'm looking at possibly just a TD 2" kit or the Desert Fox & Dobinson coils.. just havn't heard too much about the Desert fox, but what i've heard is that it's pretty awesome kit for cheaper.

Trying to find everything on a budget now too.

Though can't help admit, Lis and I were admiring your whole 'lux setup whilst driving behind ya, was looking at ideas to steal...

Tonneau cover looks good! Heaps better then having those pull cords. Mine was like yours in august 2012 and has changed dramatically but it is all an experience doing it up you ll learn so much and something you can have for years!
Do your research on items before you buy we re all the same and try and save what we can for the next mod!
Enjoy the build

Yeah i'll most likely be up for that! Just let me know when. Should have susp and wheels soon for it too.

Thanks Stu.
Yeah I really didn't want buttons or pull chords drilled into the tub, and after Tuff Tonneau's said the only other option was to spend $400 on a new ARB tub-liner that'd accomodate a frame, I really didn't think I'd be getting a tonneau. I'm quite stoked with the results of it.

Feels like it'll take me years to get this to where I want though

Diff breathers just arrived. Just need to find time to get under the truck now, swamped with work.

Hopefully I don't screw 'em up, it's first steps of getting all mechanical myself.

So spent half the day yesterday trying to install my new Fusion active sub. Ran an inline fuse, fed the wire through the grommet, all the way down under the plastic sills. Had a good earth set up. Went to run the RCA's and remote wire to the headunit to only realise stock head units don't have these inputs.

Boxhead recommended a converter, called up a few places today, and an audio guy recommended a kicker converter which you basically connect the wires to your rear speakers, and they have the RCA inputs that plug directly into the subs built in AMP, and told me to wire the remote wire to the ignition or piggy back the cigarette lighter.

Spent all day connecting everything up, double checked everything, connected the battery back up.. and nothing. Can't work out why, but the AMP or sub doesn't seem to be getting any power. Tried removing the remote wire so it's constant from the battery and still nothing. Wtf. I hate electrical shit. Gonna just drop it off at some audio place and get them to finish it before I start smashing the thing to pieces.

Blahhh.

I thought that, but was unsure how after one test.. I assume they blow easy? Might try that and hope it doesn't blow again.

Get it wired up, double check everything then put your fuse in. :)

There wont be any power going through if the fuse is out of the inline fuse box though, will there?
Any way to test if the fuse is still good?

(You can tell i'm an expert on electrics hey? )

Just pull the fuse out and if you can clearly see that the inside is still connected then it is still good. If it's black (burnt) or broken, you have a short out somewhere.
