Catch can is next on the list and the hole in my EGR plate is that big it makes me wonder how much off the pipe it actually blocks off but it defiantly made a difference to spool time. This might sound nieve but I trust my diesel mechanic and if he running one in his then it can't be that bad I say.

Hey mate just wondering why you went with 17 inch wheels? Did you have issues getting 16s to fit? I have a new one with stock 17 inch steelies and I'm thinking 16s might not go!

Mine came stock with 16" steel wheels so there was no problem with fitting. To be honest I was always going to get 16's but these 17's just came up at the right time for the right price. I'm glad I did get them though cause I can do the Prado brake upgrade and not have to worry about clearance issues. O and tyres aren't all that more expensive.

Yet to see how it goes but I bought an OBD2 code reader it's meant to work like a scangauge just sends the info to a tablet or a smart phone via Bluetooth. Only cost me $10 off Ebay.

Also fitted a Ram mount for my Tablet so I can use it for HEMA maps it seems pretty sturdy this weekend at Rover will be the test. ;)

Long weekend out at Rover park, had a blast! Tracks are pretty easy nothing to challenging but plenty of awesome natural and man made things to be seen.

Going to pick up an alloy canopy this weekend found it on Ebay and is the perfect size for my tray so hopfully next time we head away and it decided's to rain the misses pillow wont get wet, because boy was that painful...

Aanndd I'm super keen for tax time really need to get new suspension since the 33's went on also wanting to fit a set of 4.1 ratio gears to bring it back to standard. Around town it's not so bad but towing or being loaded up and in hilly country makes it sluggish and no body has time for that! Also buds bar is going on july 11 just before a weekend out a Landcruiser park, CAN'T WAIT!!!

How's the OBD unit going? Easy to install?

Canopoy looks good, going to make side doors for it or leave it all open?
Cheers,
Jay

Yeah mate the OBD is a piece of cake plug it in, download the app and connect via Bluetooth. Done!!!

Plans for the canopy are some canvas sides and a solid back just to keep the weight down but first is an awning :D

HKS 8-)
Though.. if you have a standard clutch, it wont hold the extra torque the HKS will give.

Spoke to Matt at Just Auto's that man defiantly is passionate so good to be able to talk to someone that isn't pulling them selves off. After talking to him i'm swaying towards the HKS and clutch kit with roughly a 50% increase in torque it should give me back and more what I have lost in the tyres

Sound advice !!

If you can't afford it, wait until you can. Otherwise you could be bandaiding problems for a long time.
