Grille was very easy to remove the only issue I had is my UHF antenna wire runs through it so I couldn't completely remove it just had to balance it.
Rotated the clutch 90 degrees I have instructions if needed but fairly straight forward.
They supply bolts to go through the bar into the winch and also nuts and bolts to go through the fairlead into the bar because the offset fairlead gets mounted with the bolts that go into the winch they need to be the width of the fairlead extra (I ended up getting them 50mm longer and made up some 40mm spacers otherwise the fairlead sits to far into the bar for my liking)
The offset one was $50 from memory.
