With my insurance wanting to question me does that mean its possible that are going to try and dud me or is this standard practice.

Should I see a lawyer?

I don't see it being a problem if you have nothing to hide. ( Which u dont ) I guess with the times getting fought insurance companies are asking more questions before settle cases..

All standard practice man... had the same thing happen on my old car. Takes about an hour for an interview. Basic questions etc. Answer honestly and you won't have a problem.

My payout took about 5 weeks.

Just had the interview with the insurance investigator.. Hopefully have some cash in my hand and skrilla in my pocket in a couple of weeks..

In the mean time have been riding a Yamaha R1. Bit of a change in acceleration to the Hilux..

Haven't heard back from bud or Matty yet so probably not going to SAS a 2wd unfortunately.

I have found a Hilux that's been built just the way I would have done it so probably buy that. But might even SAS that when funds permit..
