Mate, the gap is needed as with new hiluxes to be airbag compliant they need to have crush tubes and therefore the bullbar isnt hardmounted to the chassis and flexes, in order to save your headlights from being shattered.

seems you don't understood me:)
small gap - OK, but when you have bodylift - like me 2 inches, the gap start to be quite big - 2 inches exactly - thats why my question ;)

I did indeed miss the bodylift part, sorry bud.

My advise would to be hit up ASFIR and see if they can make you a mount to suit?

Unfortunately ASFIR were totally useless when I emailed them about this issue. I sent them a load of photos as well and said 'Surely Im not the only person in the world that has this problem?!'. However, they seem to think I am. Pppffff. Whatever?!

I'm making a wooden plug and a friend of mine is going to use it as a mould to make a single piece from carbon fibre. I was half thinking about running LEDs within the moulding so it looks like a Tron/Audi style side light that cuts across the whole of the front? Think I'll just make a simple carbon piece first with a few mesh backed slots near the wings - slots won't actually do anything, purely for aesthetics/fake air ducts?!

Very nice build! Looks totally badass! ;)
I'm interested in the rocksliders, have any dimensions of them?
I've never seen a pentagonal kinda tube, so that's how I would make it?

But making it this way gives me another question how you managed to give it a little bend at te front :?

Did you manage to make fill-in pieces for the front bumper?

In netherlands this ASFIR bumper seems the only affordable one.
Love the Rhino one, but that's quite a bit more expensive.
