Hey all, well seeings as i got a lift and some new wheels on i thought i better start a record of what i've done to the new duel cab turbo diesel.
Really happy with how it looks now compared to when i picked it up from the dealership in June this year.

So far i've installed:
TJM snorkel
TJM flares
Ironman 9500lbs winch
Rear work lamps
2 extra reversing lights
Cal off road 3'' blisten lift kit
Fuel Octane 17" +13 offset wheels
Mickey thompson ATZ 4 rib 265x75x17 tyres
Front recovery points

Other Mods:
Duel cab rear seat mod
secondary cigarette lighter socket

Really happy with this wheel and tyre combo!

All the new bits and pieces installed on the weekend, check out how narrow the stock wheels look now!

Just waiting on some buds sliders and I'll be done with notable installs for awhile, well at least until the bank balance returns to normal!

Till next time, Happy reading.

Put a pair of recovery points on the front of the lux today.
But i had to cut a front bracket that was attached to the bull bar mounts, just had to cut out a small notch to allow the bolt for the recovery plate to come through.

You can see the bracket I had to notch on the left (the notch is on the inside of the triangle cut out) and the recovery point on the right.
Does anyone know the purpose of the bracket?Image

Mate that looks like the chassis mount/ bullbar mount strengthening bracket.. provides backward support to stop your chassis mounts gettin ripped off when winching, ( the vertical plates which your bullbar is bolted onto)
Sweet lookin rig you have there too by the way ;)

Cheers,
Craig
