Yep, looking at your ad, I would remove the following.
long range tank,
sliders,
winch,
compressor,
water tanks,
toolbox,
spotties,
TJM bash plates,
head unit (fit $50 stereo from supercheap)
reverse camera.
All this gear could be removed in a day, working in your driveway and transferred to your new vehicle or sold.
Depending on what you intend getting next and how keen you are, could also swap the tyres to cheap H/T and get the diff locks removed.
Then drop the price to $20k
Unfortunately that's the issue with modifying vehicles, costs big $$$, but adds nothing to the final value.
I once sold a 3 year old lancer, that had over $12k of performance mods (parts only) for $11k. I nearly cried when it drove away, but it needed to be sold before I moved over seas
