Nice work there! Very neat.
What sort of weight will the rack finish at do you think?
I'm planning on integrating one to my tray down the track.

Also how do the LED headlights compare to the halogen style? I'm interested in putting some in the next time mine blow.

Look neat mate , good job and satisfying doing it yourself , I built a rack just yesterday, but a lot simpler.

Cheers lads! I doubt it will wieght 20kgs when finished I reckon. The led globes are great, literally nite and day compared to and halogen I've tried.

Cant always trust these Chinese products, but light it light, and they will work, if they arent DOA :P
But i think they will look great on the rack :)

Got it up there today. Made mounts and tacked it up there so it wouldn't move. Just need to do some final welding, get the lights in it and a coat of paint. Image
