First time I got unintentionally bogged in this rig today! Out in the forest taking the family up to store creek waterfall, came round a bend and she just sank with no warning.
mud glorious mud!

Unless I'm a month behind, I just got 253 and I'm not in there. Anyway it's only a driver profile! No biggie![WINKING FACE]

Very happy to have some rubber again! The old ones were that hard the thing was almost impossible to drive in the wet! Noise isn't bad, haven't been on thee open road yet but we'll see. They do humm a bit in corners as muddies do but I don't mind it, think I have missed having muddies on. [WINKING FACE]

Now that the new rubber is on them big lugs were smashing the body mount so off came the wheels today for some chassis modification. My girls lending a hand!
Chop chop!
All done, just gotta put the lower half of the mounts back in, give the weld behind the inner guard a flogging, trim the flare and inner guard then everything should be sweet to hit the tracks. Cheers Luke.

Yeah happy with how it came up. Rims r 0 offset. No re-gear yet, thats my last big expense apart from maybe a computer and tune but I think once it's re-geared I'm sure it'll be fine for what I use it for.

Agree on the regear. I'm well and truly over 3.54 diffs on road and in high 4 off road. The low range transfer case gearing makes it all good off road, but I need low range far more than I would with sensible diff ratios, and on road it's ridiculous.
Pulling all that nicely factory assembled and sealed up, ADD equipped front end apart puts me off a regear. Plenty of chances to make a mistake.
If the front was a live axle, I would have regeared by now.
