How are you dealing with the lack of power on standard gearing with this size tyre?
i did one trip to sydney and couldnt deal with the sluggishness and the engine labouring all the time.
I stuck the 3.9 prado diff ratios in and what a difference, back to standard gearing and fuel economy is much better

hadn't really noticed the sluggishness still gets up and boogies i reckon but it's not supposed to fly it's a big heavy car and its going be fully loaded up. have lost a little fuel economy maybe 30-50km less and is a little slower to change gears but thats it

Yep, I'm the same as you. Have noticed it holds gears a little longer and seems to work a little harder, but not too much and it's not worrying me

have done a few more recent updates , bought some phat bars sliders which im stoked with super tough bit of kit. really didn't wish i put them on by myself in the dark was a mission and there heavy but me being impatient just wanted them on. also got the monster rides bash plate and engine so happy with them compared to the stock tin foil stuff. In the lighting department put a rear flood/spot light on the sports bar works a treat for such a little light awsome for reversing and setting up camp , put a 24inch stedi light bar on the bull bar been a bit hard getting it to fit with the tube clamps wish i just drilled through the bar and put a thread in there. also got a muffler delete system just for some cheap fun , not sure if i'm sold on it yet a little bit droney but not to bad gained a little fuel economy to have to get it off road and see how it sounds. for my birthday got some msa canvas seat covers there awsome but couldn't figure out how to remove the seat adjuster knob but im tipping there's some sort of c clip. found a behind the seat 50l water bladder at a patrol shop for $150 so snapped that up aswell , hopefully by the end of the year i can get a rear locker in and maybe put some muddies on but it's getting harder and harder to hide it all from the wife

can't wait to get away to the high country for the long week end either heading to the buller region or maybe dargo way to do crooked river and blue rag

yeah mate its a 6 inch originally wanted to run it underneath the bar and wire through the sports bars but the light didn't fit under there and wire was going end up in the same place anyway so just cable tied it

Lux is looking good! Could you tell me what your measurement from centre of wheel to guard is up front? Just had mine lifted, asked for a 2 inch lift but they have basically given me a 3 inch lift and my cv's are off their norks. Yours looks to be sitting good without being too high. Need to get mine adjusted down. Cheers

Only just had it done last week. They are fox 2.0 adjustables, thing is they have em wound pretty much the whole way up, can just see a the last thread above the start of the spring. There is next to no give in the front end when you bounce on the bullbar, and only have 30mm droop when I jacked it up. Cant see it settling too far like that unless the pressure kills the spring lol. Thinking of going somewhere else to get it dropped 20mm, should soften the ride, and if it sags 10mm it will still be on par with yours which I would be stoked with. They are 265/70r17 KO2's
