Web site speed issues - Please read

Just a quick one to say that I am aware that the sites had started to perform slow intermittently of late.
I am currently investigating the cause and hope to have everything back up to normal speed soon.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused, particularly those of you with very bad forum addictions
