Hi everyone,

I am performing a rather large upgrade to the forum software on Sunday night 15th of Feb at 9PM WST

The forum will be off-line for approx 30-45 minutes, hopefully no longer

On Sunday night, there will be a new option so you can try out a different theme of site, it will look completely different.. I won't be activating it by default straight away as I want to gauge interest first, but once a few people are happy, I will change it over. It's somewhat different to this layout.

I'm sorry I knew I would upset a few peoples routines / bad habits

LOL... The joy's of IT... but I get to be the whinny user this time.....

Well, 2 hours later and it's done was a very frustrating upgrade.... damn those server permission issues!

Post up here if anyone experiences any problems, I shall hopefully get the new design up soon for you all to trial out before it goes live

You'll probably notice not much difference here, it was an overall forum upgrade to fix a few glitches/issues etc, brought it up to the latest version which was long overdue... cheers for your patience everyone!

How come every time I do asearch lately I get no results except for the following message:
"No posts exist inside this topic for the selected time frame".

Is this related to your software upgrade?

I cannot see anywhere in advanced search how to selelct a time frame to search over.

I PM'd you abuot this a while ago, and never got a reply. The site is pretty useless without a functioning search facility

More to my previous message, in fact if you go to a forum list, elect to show threads updated more than 2 weeks ago and you click on one of the threads thats older than about 2 weeks and 1 day you get the same problem.
