Your welcome all. Hope you make good use of it over the years. Don't forget to back it up to CD in case your hard drive dies.

I can confirm that Toyota Australia had distributed an email to all dealerships informing the not to sell new model CD repair and service manuals to the public. Not only does this deter anyone from working on them, their workshops get more work. You can get lucky if Toyota allows you to buy a CD and they will give the part number, then when you contact the dealership, they will question that permission because of the email, then realize you have the part number, so your telling the truth and the'll sell you one for a few hundred dollars. Toyota's restriction on information don't help if you break down in the bush and no copies can be obtained in book form to date.

Low and behold, by sheer fluke, conrod40 posted this upload some time ago. He has been a member since August 2010 and has 4 posts, so I'd say he came to to share this. Months later, I decided to go looking for it and found the link, but not here on nh.net, it was elsewhere. conrod40 gets around a bit on other forums, but is not overly a regular poster. Here is his original thread regarding this upload.

So I appologise for the re-post, obviously he did'nt go looking for an existing thread, so now there is duplicate postings of the same thing. So thanks conrod40 for your efforts, I had to find out who you were on TPB and Googled searched and found you had been in here if only 4 posts. Only thing was, he didn't explain to people how to download, only the links to the download which is useless if others don't know how to use it.

Gday All,
I have downloaded this but not sure if has done properly. I get a long list of different choices to open when I extract the files. Is his correct or should it be like a normal manual and all in one group.
cheers

1 Download https://thepiratebay.vg/torrent/6529591/Hilux_Service_Manual
2 Extract all the zip files (using winzip etc) to the same folder
3. If an error comes up, click over write same files, tick the box, do the same for all conflicting files, click ok.
4 Open folder created and click on html link "index2", use the left colum to navigate.

[found!] If someone has a 2010-2015 version I'd love to get a copy of that. I could even upload it somewhere together with the files from this torrent where they will be available long-term.

quote from somewhere else to be included in the stickey :)

kerode wrote:Hey guys, well I had been needing to get my hands on a workshop manual for the 2012-2014 model to troubleshoot an electrical issue I am having, so I bit the bullet and paid for a digital copy, which is in the same format as the 2005-2011 manual, so I decided I would share it with you guys! Now at first I was bashing my head against the wall trying to get it to work using multiple browsers etc but managed to get it working using Internet Explorer 8, there is some vague instructions and a video included in the rar file, however following those steps using Internet Explorer 11 I wasn't able to get it to work, so I highly recommend you use IE 9 or below, even if you have to uninstall IE from your PC and install an older version! I'm sure some of you less computer literate guys, will have trouble getting it working, so feel free to ask for any advice in this thread and I will help out as best I can. Also once you have the correct browser setup, install the swfviewer plugin that is in the instructions folder! Enjoy

I posted this in a thread the other day, it seems to have a few manuals there. I just saved it as a book mark.

Having a nightmare of a time trying to get the glowplugs out of a 2010 1kd kun26R. The only workshop manual link I found on newhilux that worked is for a slightly different model and only got me so far.

Pretty desperate times, I need them out so they'll hopefully let out any water that's in the engine while I manually crank it over... I'm potentially hydrolocked.

That doesn’t sound good at all mate! :/
When I get home I’ll go through the workshop Manual I have and send anything relevant.

How’d it happen?

Factory Service Manuals for the N70 D4D Hilux's?

Postby TBJ on Wed, 05 Dec 2018 5:20 +0000

Just wondering where I can get one? I'd prefer to get the actual book, but if that's not possible I'd take a PDF or copy of the manual?
