Oil Filter Remover

After having one hell of a sh!t fight removing the oil filter after I dropped the oil on the weekend I’ve invested in one of these.

Got mine for $32.

Hopefully next time I'll retain some skin on my knuckles.

I use one of these.. never had a problem.. fit a socket over the end with the extension bar.. easy as pie..

Over the years have had all sorts of filter removers, found this one to be the best as it spins from the centre.
One of my cars I couldnt use a strap or chain type so this works well in that situation and it fits alot of sizes.

I have the same one too. Becasue all the otheres never got in onto the filter on my last car and even this one was hard. I got mine from Repco. I like the look of the toyota one though.

If you guys are using the metal ring type, put a rag over the filter first, grips it mich better and comes off fine, tends to slip alot metal on metal.
