I got sick of waiting and sent the guy a message yesterday saying that if I havn't received them in a week, I will leave him very negative feedback. He replied and said that he had posted me the CD today.

I had no problems with him.. he was apparently away for a week or something and sent me the personalised pdf as well as the original link to download from his web page.. No problems here..

just to unpack it, (unless you have another program to unpack it).
that is if u downloaded just the Hilux manual.rar
and didnt ftp in and download the whole directory etc.

Yeah, Hi jcarter, I ftp(ed) in & down loaded the whole Hilux Manual directory. Then reading that directory, has other directories within, some several .doc files (MSWord) all seperate files. Have I stuffed up! I'm obviously computer illiterate!

If you open them up you will find they are part of the manual... and quite an interesting read ...you havn't stuffed it up...

Ummm the original doc that was sold on ebay was all word docs.. but he has recently sent through the complete manual in proper PDF format (1 file)..

much easier to navigate..

Finally got mine in the mail today, stuck it in the Computer and it asks for a password - Bugger!
Does anyone know the password to open the PDF file, I tried his E-bay name (webexa) and that didn't work.

i got my password from webexa through ebay cos i had to put in a dispute to get any action .
works well.
they sent me a link through ebay with my user as the password .
after downloading the file and saving it i still have to use the password.
get on to him bit slack
