If you've still got your tires or no someone close by with them then i'd defently swap them back before you take it into them. Save you the hassle of argueing with them, especially since 32 " tires are illegal so they would have a fair amount of leeway over you if they did want to go in that direction.

I don't think the diff breather would be a problem tho, theres one there stock, you only extended the hose into the engine bay didn't you?

Maybe toyota will say ur breather hose is the problem due to kinking and not allowing sufficient flow. just a thought. even though they shouldn't kink toyota might use it as an excuse

They will probably mention that it's because it's something you've done if they see the diff breathers, like taking it swimming and uve just changed the oil to get the water out to try and cheat them. I wudn't take any risks mate, don't give them any more ammo than what they will try and pull on you anyway

Not quite. If it's low on oil and whining then I'm tipping pinion bearings are on the way out, and you generally don't touch these when doing a locker install. But... If you're gonna pull it apart to fix that, then why not jam one in there.
Seriously though if you have access to a standard size (or close to it) set of tyres then I'd be putting them on before taking it back definately.
