Whilst my Hilux was under warranty I bought to the attention of the dealer that my radio had a small problem. The Screen off didn't work, it kept displaying. A nuisance to me as I do quite a lot of night driving. They said they said get back to me about resolving the issue but didn't. They even have this recorded on their computer, vehicle is now out of warranty. I called them up and they say that now its out of warranty its unlikely anything they can do despite acknowledging that I did in fact alert them to the issue during warranty. Where do I stand here?

I’d be standing my ground, issue was reported still in warranty they can’t stall you out. Lazy people will always do what’s easiest, make sure that ignoring you is the hardest.
