Sr5 stereo warranty claim

Got a 2010 sr5 and warranty is up next month, the factory stereo is starting to jump cd and also blue tooth is playing up.
Was at Toyota for 80k service, told them the problem and they have ordered a new one no problems at all.
Not sure if its new or a exchange.
It's not the best radio but good enough for the kids.

Cd skipping etc with the factory units is unfortunately quite common

Take up the new offer, you may get a current sat nav type or one like yours but new... Hopefully

They fitted a new one on Wednesday, if its a a reco one they did a good job to make it look new, sounds great and it works.
Not sure if its the same as old one or current one
Only warranty claim in 3 years not bad.
It also has a12 month warranty from toyota
