Very Strange noise and engine wobble

A hard to describe noise which happens randomly under light load, I’ve heard the knocking noise and it’s not it.
This noise has been happening for quite a while and it’s getting worse and worse, initially it used to happen while moving but today it noticed it kept happening while stationary as well.
I’ve recorded it below is the YouTube link, it appears every time this happens a greyish smoke comes out of the exhaust too.
Notice every time this noise happens the engine makes a sudden movement too.
