Hey all, just wondering if anyone has a ballpark figure for what a 200 mm reduction in chassis length would set me back, including anything that might need to be relocated. Anywhere behind the rear wheels.

You should be able to lose the back 200mm where the towbar goes with no dramas. You’ll probably find the spare wheel sticks rearwards then and you won’t be able to easily run a towbar as the leaf rear hangers will be in the road.
