Injector Line Leak

You'll have to excuse my lack of mechanical knowledge, but there is only one way to learn.
After a little search, I have found the source of the sludge around my intercooler/rocker cover.

I've done some googling and used the search but can't seem to find something similar on there.

Seems I have a leak around one of the injector lines?
Its not dribbling oil but a sludge.
So question is how easy is this to fix and is it indicative of the need to replace injectors or failure?
