sonic clean injectors

have a 2006 lux going in for recall for injectors seat replacement. Have asked to have the injectors sonic cleaned (sent off-site overnight) whilst they have them out to replace the injector seats. (cost $300). other options is to have them cleaned at Toyota dealer ($160), or just tested ($0, then advise action). Dealer recommends sonic clean, says will be money well spent.
Ute currently runs OK, no smoke, no rattles, but does appear to be down a bit on power, no more real pull after 3500 rpm, 170,000 kms, so hoping this sonic clean will do the trick. Any thoughts?

I'd put the $300 towards a new set of baileys injectors. Do the recall anyway as they are meant to check and clean the oil pick up strainer if needed but I wouldn't spend a cent on 170000km old injectors.
