I asked at my last filter about the filter, service rep had no idea. I have just ordered a Baileys Diesel secondary filter, cheapest decent filter kit going and an essential bit of kit to back up the standard filter. Link below:

did you have to take the plastic cap off the bottom of the new filter before install or does it stay on ?

Ahhh.....bought a new filter the other day and questioned the young fella selling it to me. I actually noticed the box was bigger so I asked to have a look at and saw right away that it was different. Haven't installed it yet because honestly thought this kid had got it wrong....looks like I stand corrected. :o
