thanks Anth
have only one injector near out of spec and others good lots of venting from breather and smokey look to gas coming out of breather, occasional white smoke on start up

Sounds sus.

What history? Klm's? Injectors been replaced prior?
New DENSO Injectors are the go! New genuine parts.

100000ks on injectors (update ones) and recall of injector seals done by toyota last year

Might be due for another set or that workmanship could be an issue. Dirty ports, leaking washers....
Investigation required.
New DENSO Injectors are the go! New genuine parts.

Check out these aftermarket washers & leak back pipe gaskets.

Not sure what brand but they seem to be brass.
Maybe a copper coating.

As you can see massive leaks.

IMO Just use genuine parts ;)
