Use a grease gun and press the hose to the shackle's nipple.

It can sometimes be a little difficult to get the grease into the nipple. You need to hold the hose firmly with one hand!

Jon Paul,

This is James your Trinidad Ironman Dealer. I am glad to see your looking up information for yourself. FYI Your shackles are greasable, your bushes are poly and if you remember I told you the bushes needed greased when you go to service your truck. The Toyota dealer in Trinidad will do it for you (north or south) as we have an agreement with them to service our suspensions when they come in. If you need information you can always call me and I will be happy to help. OnceI get done with the new building you can bring your truck in and I will grease the suspension for you for free.

James

I use and sell both ARB and Ironman as far as I can tell they both work just the same. ARB tends to have a little better cosmetic finish but they way we beat on our trucks I don't worry too much if the paint on the shocks get scratched. I did have a few more shock failures in the early Ironman Design but since they upgraded the design I have not had a single failure.

We have doen over 1500 installs not sure the number of Ironman over ARB but they both work great. YOU HAVE TO GREASE THE POLY BUSHED WHEN YOU GET DONE PLAYING. If not the will drive you crazy with the squeaking.

Greasing the Rubbers. Check what you use.
Use Rubber Grease on Rubber, but not on ... I can't remember, Nylon, Nolathane, sorry, can't remember, rubber grease didn't agree with something.
I suggest do your research and don't believe EVERY cowboy out there.
