Radiator Support Bracket / Cross member torque specs

Radiator Support Bracket / Cross member torque specs

Postby EdgeOutdoors on Tue, 20 Jun 2017 3:26 +0000

Hi guys, iv'e been looking around for a service manual for my Hilux but I can not find it anywhere.
It seems like impossible to find it... Not on the internet or this forum.

I drive a 2014 2.5L diesel extra cab model. I have planned a lot of mods and therefor I need the manual.

This week I'm installing a recoverypoint from ARB, and a ARB rearbumper. So i would need the torquespecs for both.

It would be a great help!

Hi, thanks a lot! I torqued the bolts down to 46Nm, that is what I found out somewhere on the internet. Think that is still ok. It was not in the instructions but I also used loctite, so it should be fine for sure!

I don't wanne go up now from 46Nm to 50Nm because it will weaken the loctite...
