Lots of people I know have them at 3" and above mate.It will change a few things but nothing too serious. Raise away. Will have to give them a few turns to get the 1" extra but its not difficult.

Thanks ryan! Do you know if you need to clamp the springs at all? Or just wind it up?

Nah dont have to clamp. Jack car and take wheel off. Let suspension hang under its own weight / spring.
Make sure the threads are super super clean. Then give them a spray with some CRC or inox or something.
Back the lock nut off then start winding the main nut up using your c-spanner. You may have to put an extension on the c-spanner to get enough leverage (like a jack handle or pipe or whatever you have around).
You should probably measure the wheel centre to top of guard distance too on both sides before and after so you can see how much you go up and make sure both sides are the same.

My advice is too take them out and wind them up on a wall mounted compressor.

I tried to raise my mrr's on the floor with no weight on the strut and twisted the c spanners to a unusable shape plus it felt like the threads were binding up and the lower strut bush was getting twisted. Ended up taking them to Suspension shop and having the new heavier dobo coils installed.

it's a little firm but still a smooth ride was a bit rigid with no weight and tyres around 40psi but dropped down and few psi and made a big difference i love mine

Has anyone had problems with the factory uca hitting the springs? And how could i fix this instead of buying aftermarket uca.

UCA's foul when there's a decent increase in droop from the overall lift, you can install droop stops but this would be limiting your suspension. Do it properly and get aftermarket UCA's to clear the coils on droop.
