2012 struts will hey bolt straight into 06?

Hi guys anyone know if 2012 struts will bolt straight into 06 as a like for like?

I'm not 100% sure but I think it will correct the ride height (lift) by 25mm. There was a suspension level correction at some stage but not sure what year

FYI
If you use the TRD Hilux struts but install the standard Hilux Spring you will gain a 20-25mm lift.
