Rear Leaf Springs - Time to replace OME

Need to replace my 7 year old Old Man Emu (500kg+ rated) leaf springs, (they did their job well).
I need a leaf that carries load - leaning towards King or Tough Dog (heaviest duty) leaf pack.
I have to forgo any little bit of flex a light pack may offer, cause I tow and carry weight when not wheeling.
Not interested in air bags or other gimmicks.

Any advice would be appreciated.

EFS all the way, unless you want to get Ultimate suspensions to do a custom set for your exact weight + accessories load.

EFS are theyre own brand and theyre deffinately not an imported product as far as i know. Theyre far superior in quality to ome, kings, lovells, tough dog, ironman but ultimate suspensions are awesome and custom made so worth getting a quote from aswell. I have a pretty good source ;)

Been very impressed with my heavy duty Ultimate leaf springs. I have a steel cage canopy and the ute spends a fair bit of time fully loaded with camping gear and towing a boat.

Deffinately get new bushes as the old ones might be a pain to get out and there rubber anyway so the poly ones are better i think as they last alot longer.

EFS usually would supply new u-bolts to go with the new spring back as the leaves are a different thickness so the old ones may not be long enough.

I have the SAX leaves in mine and they are fantastic loaded. Little bumpy with no weight in the dual cab but with the camping gear on and the 4.5m boat on the hook it rides like a dream. No sag or sway. If I was loaded all the time these are what I would go. Even unloaded they don't shake your back teeth out.

Hey mate. Sorry to dig up an old thread, but I'm just wondering which brand you ended up going with? I'm in a similar boat. My 200-400kg Ironman springs have done their job and I need something heavier now. I'm currently looking at the OME 600kg springs, Outback Armour 700kg and Ironman 400kg+, but I don't think I'll go with Ironman again. I really like the ride, but they seem pretty light for their rating.

I'll get a quote for EFS based on the replies here, but I'd like to hear what you went with and how it's travelling.

cheers

Edit: I ended up with OME 600kg+ springs and very happy so far. I rang the local EFS supplier a couple of times but they never got back to me with a quote.
