I have a 2014 KUN26 with a 2" IronMan lift kit, TDog springs.
Tyres are 285/70/17's which scrub a little bit even with the castors alligned as far forward as safely possible (stock UCA).
Currently the front sags, which apparently is normal as the rear levels itself out under load, however I've had a few tyreshops tell me the lift kit is subtle and the front almost sits at a stock height.
Here's what I really need advice on;
A suspension specialist has recommended, for a 25mm lift in the front, Kings HD Springs ($550 fitted) accompanied by a set of adjustable UCA's ($1100 fitted).
- Do I need to spend the cash on the adjustable UCA's to A) Zero out the camber B) Assist with the tyre scrubbing, or are there other viable options? (NO STRUT SPACERS).
- Could I safely get away with just doing the HD Springs and keeping the stock UCA's?
- Do those prices seem fair?
- Is this a dumb idea in general for off-road use or having load on the back, or a pretty reasonable adjustment to make?
