Bent stub axle & LCA

Help please- is the image below the part you guys have bent?
Measuring up top just above the sway bar link (RHS in this pic) I've got 15mm to the tyre on one side and 25mm on the other.Image
Looks most like Shamat's description.

Any other parts needed to swap it out?

Thats it just make sure you get the right year as theres a difference between abs and non abs ones ( abs one has threaded hole for abs sensor) that should be all you need. Depending on how hard the hit was its possible to bend the lower control arm as well. From what the lical toyota bloke told me they generally swap them out as a set. Mine bent when i did my spindle but i havent bothered changing it yet as ive got bigger issues
