G'day MasterHai,
As far as I am concerned you wont be disappointed with the EFS package. My Lux was the first to have the EFS Heavy Duty kit put in it in Australia, which was over 5 years ago or 125,000 k's ago. had the full kit put in with both springs and shocks. Shocks have now all been replaced ( My Lux was the test bed) Due to a leaking seal on one of the rears 6 months ago and the guys at Carrolls Springs (they are the manufacturer) replaced both rears at a very modest cost, (I always carry a full stainless and ally roller drawer system in the back, which normally weighs at least 500kg min) Along with everything else required for when I go away, adds to a lot of continuous weightload. And several weeks ago while playing in the mud and skull dragging Nissans out, I snapped one of the welds on the bottom of the strut where it welds to the lower eye. Seems that a bit too much salt water and beach work didn't help, along with my extremely adventurous driving!
Carrolls once again replaced both for me at a very reasonable price and I left all 4 shocks with them to send back to their R&D department for testing. In all this time none of the springs have sagged, even with what I've put them through.
Needless to say I am a fan of the EFS and their service, so much so that my partner is putting them in her 11 Jeep Cherokee Limited. I know you're in Melbourne so here is the details for Carroll's in Melbourne,
146-148 Freight Drv, Somerton VIC 3062, Australia
(03) 9303 9900
Not sure who you talk to there but I usually spoke to Doug Butler (factory Manager) of Carroll's at Wacol in Brisbane. I'm sure that Carroll's in Melbourne do the same installation as they do up here, I've always believed in going to the source and I'm positive they'll look after you, but otherwise I'm sure they'll put you onto the best people nearest you.
Cheers Dan
