Has anyone put 20" wheels and tyres on a new HiLux? I was wondering what brand of tyre and if there are any rubbing issues, thanks

Tonym, I'm sure i saw someone in here who has done it. I think it was a 2x4 though.
Check out the profiles... u should be able to spot 20" rims easy.

I'm running 20x9's as well with 295/40/20's bit of rubbing only on full lock reversing for some reason, i'm trimmed the inside of the bumber a bit & its gone now.
Tyres are Hankook Ventus

I had a quote for the Hankook Ventus, Kumho's and Coopers. All about the same price and I think all would perform alike so for me the issue is road noise. Are they noisy on the road?

Well, i can recommend the Ventus, very happy with them, having said that I cant compare them to the Kumho's or Coopers.

Can you tell me what pressures you are running. I went with the 275/45/20 Kumho's and am currently at 35psi front and 30psi rear. When I drove home from the tyre dealer I nearly lost my false teeth, the car rode that hard. They had 40psi front and 38psi rear. Also no rubbing at all and car is standard height.
