I went from 205R16C to 265/75R16(*8) on positive twenties with a two inch lift. However, I also chucked in SuperPro Lift Align Control Arms and 160*40 Utemart flares. I also got a speedometer corrector as a precautionary measure.
I don't know if the control arms were necessary (probably not) but I chucked them on for peace of mind. Never had an issue with the tyres rubbing or anything like that (that I know of). You definitely lose power and suffer in fuel consumption but I don't regret the move. The vehicle's also my daily driver (commute to and from work - an hour and thirty minutes every day) with a lot of driving on the weekend.
You'll suffer off the lights and you'll need to down-shift (if you're a manual driver) on some hills. I personally don't mind but you may. To be honest, the 'Lux drives just as I'd expect from a utility vehicle with such modifications. A differential re-gear can set things right though.
In regards to fuel consumption, I think the last time I got the warning light was at 650km (stock tank). I regularly fill up at ~630km, but you could probably push 700km out of a tank.
Couldn't get a good picture but the pos. twenty offset and 40mm flares (+10mm from stock) are a good pairing. The tyres (aggressive all-terrain so there's a chunky sidewall) tuck in well - there's probably just a bit of flare over the tyre.

And this Even on stock suspension with 205R16C, the first time I brought the 'Lux to a mechanic for rego. they told me to get rid of the pizza cutters.
