Are they available, and does anyone have any experience with them?

Most inspection places/police/authorities and importantly insurance people know the stock sizes for most vehicles. No sticker is going to save you. Engineering is the way to go.
I might be wrong.

2005 SR Hilux 1KD - SOLD
2009 BMW X5 - destroyed by a hail storm
2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 - SOLD
2015 Ford Ranger

Funny you should ask. Instead of two 3" thick books, I received in the mail the other day a single 10mm thick book for both yellow & white pages. Maybe they're localizing things a bit more nowadays?
I should note that its been a few years since I had received one until just the other day (Last Thursday).
