Wider stance....wheel choice

Obviously my truck (2006 Hilux double cab) although not finiahed yet is far from standard.....

7~8 inches of body lift and converted to 2wd to allow the fitment of a cummins 5.9 6BT

Its currently sat on the stock rims which with no flares on arches (never had them) still sit inside the body line

It has 245/75R16 which are almost new so want to stay on 16" rims

So question is, what options are there to have a wider stance....

I've looked at modular/8 spoke wheels, but they are around £60 a rim
Or I can get a set of 30mm wheel spacers

I want to go a bit wider, even if i need flares, just to compensate for the body lift (7~8 inches) however I do have approx 200kg heavier engine mounted lower in frame, plus the added steel work so realistically 250kg at chassis line

so COG isn't too much worse, the extra weight is all low down

What other vehicle wheels will fit properly and give a wider stance? While still being 16" rims
