Hi Guys, Im pretty new to this, excuse my amateur terminology.
I'm looking to buy a full new set of tyres and rims for my Hilux Sr 2013 4x4 dual cab. Would 265s fit without any scrubbing? There's no lift kit, not looking to get one either. I've got a bull bar on, not sure if that would help at the front. I'd like to go with the 265s, but if there's going to be any issues with them at all, then I will go with the 245s.
I do have a set of kut snake flares 50mm that I will put on if needed. 
Has anyone had any experience with this? What do you recommend?

If you get original Hilux or 120 Landcruiser Prado 17x7.5 Rims or Speedy copies, 265/65/17 will fit but only just as they come close to sticking out the guards without SR5 flares. From memory all those wheels are 30P.
Being a 2013 I think it should have the bigger rotors already so you shouldn’t fry your brakes with the increased tyre diameter like earlier ones can.

265 75 16 or 265 70 17 will fit fine but might rub your mudflap depending on the rim offset and actual tyre size (different between brands). There is much written in this section.

Also check if going up to that size is legal in your state. Its likely it isnt.

Not sure, but I think your rim size is 6x17. 17s appeared on SRs in 2013, but I don't recall when.

IF it is 6x17, 227/70/17 are now more widely available from more than one maker. Any thing wider on 6" is not a good idea.

If you need or want a rim change, the easiest (as others have mentioned) is factory 7.5/17. Despite the misplaced craze for section width, 7.5S work very well with 245/70, BUT even 245/70 will hang outside unflared guards at both front and rear with 7.5/17 factory wheels.

If your current wheels are 6x16, there are plenty of 225/75/16 offerings to suit your standard rims. Or you could still go down the 7.7/17 path, but you would need to added some narrow flares to be legal.
