brake pedal height adjustment

Is there a simple adjustment for the brake pedal to work with a little less travel, the brake pedal just seems to work a little low now. It is working well and is hard and does not sink but it just feels that it moves about an inch or two before it works.

I have recently had new pads, discs, braids and D/D booster and after a couple of trips with the van everything is settled in and works well. Is it normal to need another adjustment now somewhere to keep the pedal high as it was?

It is not really pedal height it is probably called 'play' or something.

Sounds like your rear brake shoes need adjusting up a bit

Yep that was it, it never ceases to amaze me how often
that small adjustment needs to be made and how much difference it makes.
cheers
