Front wheel hub diameter

Hi guys,

I've been having a hell of a time getting my tyres correctly balanced, been to a few different places all have said they are balanced fine. But sometimes when I'm on the freeway doing 100km/h there is a lot of feedback coming thru the steering wheel.

I noticed the 16x6 CSA Rangers steels have a larger diameter bore than the hub, so I was thinking of getting a spigot to put on the hub so the wheels will centre better.
