I was actually about to start a thread but saw this one, so will just follow up this one.
To whoever thinks a Hilux on 20's with 33's wont go places a Hilux with 15/16's will, think again. To even fit 33's you need a minimum of 3" lift, not all Hilux's have a 2" lift with 265/75/16.
My lux has a 3" Ultimate lift, twin Arb lockers and will be running 33's with a 20" rim. I've built mine to go anywhere I point it, and I'm sure it will do so no different to when it had the 285/70/17 tyres on.
