Rolling diameter is pretty important. If you wanna stay legal use the tyre calculator. Check your states Dept of Transport rules on max allowable diff {+ and -}. Hope this helps someone. oh and remeber offset if you are pushing the fitment limits.

Hi all. I'm looking at ordering a set of 275 65 17 bfg all terrain ko2's. I will be fitting them onto the standard 17" sr5 rims. I have a a look through the treads and can't seen to find any conformation that they will clear the upper control arms?.

265 70 17 will clear the upper control arms.

if it helps out.. i have the 2012-2015 SR5 17" rims I've just put a set of BF All Terrain KO2s 265 70 17, fits perfectly with my two inch lift... no scrubbing, no issues. Highly recommend!! and the tyre shop that fitted them said 265 would be the widest recommended tire for that particular rim.

I'm also running 265 70 r17 copper disco STT, Mounted on toyota steels and no lift, was slight rubbing on the front bumper and mud flaps when first fitted but now with 10000 miles on them no rubbing.
