Thanks Hylux that means a 0 offset will be past guards. Really wanted to go 275s but it looks like it will have to be 265s on a 7 inch rim

I have many pics of 265/75/16 tyres on 16x7 +20 rims in my build, they were well inside my Utemart flares (same as SR5 ones)

Thanks all for the advice I ended up getting gecko 16x7 +10 with 265/75/16 hankook rf10 all terrains. They rub a little on full lock when coming into driveways and sit flush with ute mart flares. Pretty good price and now I've just have to save up for a lift kit

What are they rubbing on? I have 265 75 16 bfg mud terrains on 16x7 +20 rims and they don't rub at all.

They just touch the bottom of the passengers side flare and the plastic front guard both sides. I don't have a lift yet and could be that the + 10 r making it just touch. I ordered +20 but he got me +10 cause they were cheaper. What's the exact size of your tyres in cm

Exact diameter will depend on tread pattern and wear I would imagine, and all Hilux's are not made equal that's for sure.

My 265/75/16 muddies rubbed on the passanger side only I just removed the guards and no issue, my 0 off set still gives me a good inch before I would be out side the guards though mine is an SR5 so this could be the diffrence.
If I have anything Good to Say it will be Above.

Sorry forgot to add I don't have my front mud flaps on. Also have ute mart flares so genuine may be different.

Has anyone else had a problem with their ABS not working after installing 32" tyres?
I installed a 2" lift and 32" tyres and now brakes lock up on heavy braking, also my ABS light is NOT on.

Probably the LPV not adjusted to suit lift?

Sorry if this has been asked before. I just cant seem to find a definitive answer.

I have a completely stock 2014 Toyota Hilux SR5 D4D 3.0L Dual cab and wanted to know if the BF goodrich KM2 mud terrain 265/70/17 tires will rub?

Thank you in advance
Cheers

I think you would be fine on stock height. Possibly remove front mud flaps if anything. Also depends what offset and width rim you have. A +20 7inch rim would be the ultimate offset for that tyre.

Hi, im from Manila Philippines and i have a 2013 hilux G, which would be a Sr5 over there. Just done with replacing ny stock tires with federal couragia m/t 265 70 17 and i had to grind of a very small portion of my lower front bumper as it was just touching. After that no more rubbing. This on a completely stock suspension and wheels. Hope it helps! Cheers!
