Just posting up, just got off the phone to TOYO parts and ordered a lower drivers seat foam as mine just isn't what it use to be.

Has anyone done this job before?

The foam was $308inc if anyone is interested ill take some photos.

I swapped the foam from the passengers to the divers side. Its not hard once you have done one side.

From memory it can be done with the seat in the car but its only four bolts and wiring connector to pull out the seat, so that will make it a little easier.

Where did you purchase the foam from?

I thought about doing the driver-to-passenger swap but decided a new genuine seat foam from my local dealer to save a bit of time seeing I'm so time-poor these days.

I plan to remove the seat to do the installation as I have wetsuit-type seat covers that are a PITA to remove.

The drivers side bolster has seen better days hence the replacement

It will feel like a new car. I was surprised how easy it was to do. The tabs around the bottom of the fabric just roll off the frame.
