I was wondering what spare nuts/bolts and washers you guys take for what parts, Im about to do the Simmo but dont want to go over the top with the nuts and bolts, what is the most important stuff to get them for. Ive already got spares for the roofrack and bash plates.

Only the 1 item you didn't pack, is gonna fail.

My tool box has a selection of metric bolts and nuts in different pitches, diameters and lengths all with nuts and washers. A couple screwdrivers, a set on combination spanners and 3 different sizes of shifters, and a hammer. Oh and the factory toolbag with that great double ended screwdriver, and a 10 & 12mm spanner.

If I cant fix the problem with all that, chances are, its too big to fix on the side of the road anyways.

That's been my rule, anyway.
