Should be a guide here but basically take the steering column cover off and take the plug off the micro switch on the ignition barrel.

Am trying what you say to get rid of beeper sound, but it's not happening for me.
When I press odo nothing happens until I take my finger off, then it just changes from odo to trip A!
Help!!!

You need to turn the car to odo then switch off
Turn key to "ON" and hold button for 15seconds
Insert seatbelt then release button
B-on should come up in your ODO area
Press button once (should say b-off)
Turn off key...

I've always just plugged the seat belt in before I get in the car to drive, so the belt is behind my back. Having the seatbelt back there isn't annoying and it stops the beeper with out modifying anything.

I also had the numbers come up and was also wondering what it was for. Does anyone know??? I have removed the beeper and yes it's a great mod.
