I only use Meguiars products for the body mate but will use CT18 on the wheels and any other stubborn areas. I only use a good microfibre sponge on the paintowork and brush on the other parts. Chamois off after wash.

Same here, worth the cost, go down to autobarn and buy the Maguires new car kit, and one of their sponges and you'll be set until you work out what you want to use in the way of polishes and waxes for the look you're after (if you're after one)

I got paint protection with mine last year and the dealer said use wool wash that you get from the supermarket to wash wooden clothes.

I've also heard that johnsons Baby Shampoo is good; if it's good for babies, then it'll be good for the car.

X3 on the Megauires, wool wash pad and then the liquid wax. My Hilux is metal storm, scratches easy :( no chamois ever, use a microfibre towel to dry it IMO
