SR5 sat nav - is there a way of bypassing the caution screen

Hey yeh my dad just bought a 2012 Toyota Hilux SR5 Ute with the genuine toyota gps in it. When he presses map it comss up with the safety message saying please press i agree. But he cant! Itll stay on this screen for 5 10 minutss even more and does nothing! You cant press i agree it just stays dark n not become illuminted to press. Thts whether he is driving, parked, parked with handbrake on or anything! So he decided to buy anothed map sd card from toyota online and that doesnt work either!
